At Giggles and Grace, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help!
Returns
30-Day Return Window: You may return items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
Condition Requirements:
- Items must be unworn and unwashed
- Original tags must be attached
- Items must be in original packaging
- Must include proof of purchase
Exchanges
We're happy to exchange items for a different size or color within 30 days of delivery, subject to availability.
How to Request an Exchange:
- Email us at pmotshidi@kintldistributor.com with your order number
- Specify which item you'd like to exchange and your preferred size/color
- We'll send you exchange instructions
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error with your order.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

- Personalized or custom items
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at pmotshidi@kintldistributor.com with photos. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
